All about of Kimchi.

I wish come to autumn quickly.
Today i tell you all about of Kimchi.
Maybe, In Seoul, a lot of traveler come to everyday.
Some people wondering about Kimchi.
Today, i tell you all about of famous kind of Kimchi.


Koreans proudly boast that there are over 200 types to Kimchi, Rich with lactic acid bacteria, Kimchi is one of the world's top health foods and Koreans eat an average of 35 kilos yearly. Don't miss out, although rookies should probably take the spicy dish in moderation.



1.  Baechu-Kimchi
The Classic Korean Kimchi made with Napa cabbage. Whole cabbage heads are soaked in brine, and the leaves are then stuffed with a mixture of seafood, garlic,ginger,greens,onions and more. Served at nearly every meal.


2. Kkakdugi-Kimchi
Small crisp cubes of radish fermented with chili power and garlic. 
After the above mentioned baechu kimchi, kkakdugi is one of the most common kinds of kimchi found at restaurants.


3. Choggak-Kimchi
Sometimes referred to as 'bachelor Kimchi' whole small radishes, including their green leafy  tops, are fermented with garlic, ginger and chili power.
4. Nabka-Kimchi
A restorative water kimchi in which radishes are cut into slender rectangles and accompanied by green onion floating in a slightly sour brine. it has just enough heat to wake up the taste buds.




5. Oisobagi
Cucumbers are split and soaked in brine, then filled with a mixture of ginger, garlic, chili and various ingredients. A cool summertime treat, and an easy entry into the world of Kimchi.
